Hi I'm Eloise

I believe your body already knows how to return to balance.
It just needs the right support, the right environment, and the right guidance.

 

The people I work with are often high-functioning and high-performing, but internally overwhelmed.   High performance roles, overwhelmed by ever changing goal posts, work overload, or moving through a major transition in life and looking for true north.

They’re used to managing everything and everyone else, but leave little time  for  themselves.

They’ve tried different approaches before, and nothing has truly addressed the base origins of stress.

What they’re really looking for isn’t just relief. They’re looking for a way to feel connected to themselves again.

That’s where I come in.

I help people who feel overwhelmed and constantly “on”,  reset their nervous system, shift stress patterns, and create a more balanced, calm way of living, using a personalised, holistic approach that combines coaching, herbal support, and energy and mindset based practices.
